Fall Quarter Notices:

• September 24th is the last day for full refund without proof of drop/withdrawal.
• October 1st is the last day for a full refund with proof of drop/withdrawal.
• Returns after October 1st may be approved if you file a petition. Customers will incur a 25% penalty in this case, and any refund issued will be given on a gift card valid only at Highline Bookstore.

• Exchanges allowed until October 8th with receipt.

• Absolutely no returns after October 8th!!!

• All refunds are subject to manager approval!
• Please note that bookstore online orders will be sent when books are available. They may not all be available when you place your order, and will ship when ready.
• You will be permitted to return the books under our returns policy, but shipping will not be refunded.
• Online orders for textbooks not picked up by the 4th week of the quarter will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. You will be notified that you have not picked up your order.

• In the event of a textbook no longer being used for a class, the bookstore is not responsible for purchases from outside sources as textbook selection is beyond our control.
