Electronic rental returns must be made within three-business days of the rental date.

Exchanges for defective equipment are allowed throughout the quarter, unless the electronic rental is damaged.

General merchandise items such as clothing and supplies can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase.

Original cash register receipt is required, and the item(s) must be in original, unused condition. All original packaging must be intact.
